What is the difference between Regular Batch, Exam-Oriented Batch, and Power Batch?
Regular Batch:
100% concept coverage, ensuring you understand every topic thoroughly. It also provides a large number of practice questions
Exam-Oriented Batch:
In the Exam-Oriented Batch, 100% of the concepts are cleared, but the number of practice questions is less compared to the Regular Batch, focusing more on exam preparation
Power Batch:
The Power Batch is mainly for revision purposes, providing 100% revision of the full syllabus from an exam perspective.
How will be the lectures and books provided?
You will get an email with the app links and other relevant details (serial key/Activation code if needed) within 24 working hours of your purchase.
When and how my books delivered?
After purchase, books (if included in order) are dispatched within 24 working hours. Mail and SMS with tracking details is shared after dispatch. it usually takes 5 to 7 working days to get the books delivered; however, this solely depends on distance of your location from FAST HO (Indore). Further some external circumstances like rain, flood, festival season, vehicle breakdown etc. may cause the delay in delivery.
You must provide exact pin code in the address so that proper delivery channel can be insured. Providing PIN code of nearby locations may result in return of the parcel or you may need to collect it from Courier Company’s location.
How can I view the lectures?
The lectures can be viewed on Windows Laptop/Android
Mobiles/iOS Devices. You need to install FAST education app to view the
lectures for which links shared with you via mail. This mail also contain link to help videos on installation,
download and playing lectures. However in case of any issue you can contact on
this number -9229227080 (Mon-Sat, 10:30AM-6:30PM)
Will faculty clear my doubts?
Yes! Doubts solving group and WhatsApp number of faculty is shared with you in lecture link mail, you can connect with the faculty over WhatsApp or Telegram using these. You are expected to share doubts in text format along with appropriate and clear image or screenshot of question/topic from book or lecture. Do not ask doubt in the form of video or Audio unless your asked for the same by the faculty.
We request you to not to call on these numbers without prior confirmation by faculty over message.
How amendments will be provided?
Applicable Amendments will provide to you via application/youtube Video/PDF whichever applicable.
Will test papers be evaluated?
Suggested answers will be provided you so that you can self-evaluated the test papers. However you can also get subscription of FAST Test Series at very nominal charge to get it evaluated by experts along with reviews and suggestions.
